The pho was amazing as always. I can never finish it in one sitting, but that just means tasty leftovers for the next day!

My family has been coming to this restaurant multiple times over the years, and unfortunately, our last few visits have been really disappointing. Tonight’s experience was honestly the worst.
I placed an order and was told it would be about a 15-minute wait. No problem—I was happy to wait. An hour later, I was still waiting, and the employee came over and asked for my name, which I gave her.
Another 30 minutes went by, and at that point I finally said, “This is ridiculous,” and explained that I had already been waiting far beyond the time I was quoted. Instead of addressing the situation, she simply looked at me and walked away.
About five minutes later, she came back with my order. At that point, I just took it home.
Unfortunately, the food was completely ice cold, and our deep-fried wontons were literally BLACK and looked badly overcooked/burnt. After waiting well over an hour for an order that was supposed to take 15 minutes, receiving cold food and burnt wontons was extremely frustrating.
What makes this even more disappointing is that my family has supported this restaurant for years. We’ve been here many times since it first opened, which is why it’s so disappointing to see the quality and service decline over our last few visits.
I understand that restaurants can get busy and things happen, but an hour and a half for an order, poor communication, cold food, and burnt food is not acceptable. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously because we’ve enjoyed coming here over the years, but after these last few experiences, we’ll definitely be thinking twice before returning.
